The Easton Falls Massacre by Holly Rae Garcia & Ryan Prentice Garcia | Review
The Easton Falls Massacre was a short, sharp shock to my brain. Sometimes you just come across a book that is inevitably your thing. This is not a book you can define, not a book that you can neatly file away under already established genres. This was a book that deserved to be inhaled, it deserved to be experienced at the rate the events took place. The story is told through the eyes of Henry Miller ex-army veteran. What would you do if your girlfriend, the love of your life was taken and there is no clues to as your whereabouts? The Deal Maker is a story of revenge at its very core. The story grabs you by the throat, the grip getting stronger, cutting your oxygen off from the very first page until that last hit to the jugular. In my honest to goodness opinion, this is the kind of novel that Stephen King wishes he wrote. The narrative is as sharp and mind-blowing as a guillotine. Its delivery is as devastating as it is masterful. What would make someone do a deal with a demon? The…

Review: Other Words For Smoke by Sarah Maria Griffin
A Beautiful story with such poetic flow. A strong and prominent storyteller. A story that seeps magic, betrayal and wonder straight from the heart of the pages. The author uses the English language like an artist uses a muse. It’s well-crafted and unique. The synopsis jumped out from the screen at me. I just adore anything magic. Talking cats, magical creatures behind wallpaper and a mysterious room with neon lights. I loved everything this book stood for. The cover is beautiful, and it just screamed for you to read it. The horror side of the story really took me by surprise, and on the most part it worked very well. …
